We do not accept returns on sale items or any items purchased with a promotional code of 20% or more. These purchases are considered final sale. Items purchased from the sale section are also final sale.

When you shop with Streets Ahead, you're supporting a small family-owned business, and we truly appreciate your support and loyalty. That said, we understand that sometimes things don’t work out, so please review our return policy below:
Qualifications for Returns & Exchanges:
- Merchandise must be in its original condition and packaging.
- Items that have been worn or used are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- If your returned item does not meet the above requirements, it will be shipped back to you at your expense.
- Returns and exchanges must be sent via U.S. Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us via email within three (3) business days of receiving the merchandise. We’ll send you a return shipping label, and once we receive the item, we will send a replacement, if available.
- Damaged items must be returned with the original box and packaging.
- Please note that items damaged due to buyer negligence will not be accepted.
- All items must be unworn and in original condition to qualify for an exchange or refund.
Domestic Returns & Exchanges:
- A $12.00 restocking fee will be deducted from each returned item.
- Returns or exchanges for unused items can be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
- To initiate a return/exchange, please start the process at the bottom of our home page.
- Once a return request is submitted, you will receive a shipping label via email. Please ensure your return is registered in the mail stream within 7 days of receiving the label.
- Once your return is received at our warehouse, it will be processed within 7-10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation with your credited amount, less the $12.00 restocking fee.
- Expedited shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Items purchased from a Streets Ahead retail partner must be returned to the retailer where the item was purchased, in accordance with their return policies.
International Returns & Exchanges:
- Returns or exchanges for unused items can be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
- To initiate a return/exchange, please start the process at the bottom of our home page.
- At this time, we are unable to provide return labels for international orders. If you are exchanging an item, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees using the courier of your choice.
- Once your exchange is received, Streets Ahead will ship the new item back to you free of charge. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your exchanged item to be processed and shipped.
- Please note, Streets Ahead will not reimburse any shipping charges or duties/taxes incurred for international returns.
