Quick Overview
- 14 days to request a return or exchange.
- Refunds only: 15% restocking fee applies.
- Exchanges & store credit: No restocking fee.
- Final Sale: Sale items & orders with 20%+ discount are not returnable.
- International customers: Return shipping at your expense.
- Lost packages: We are not responsible for items lost by the carrier.
Domestic Returns & Exchanges
- Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging/condition.
- A 15% restocking fee applies to refunds only. Exchanges or returns for store credit are not subject to this fee.
- Once your return request is approved, you’ll receive a prepaid shipping label via email. Please ship your return within 7 days of receiving the label.
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after your return is received. You’ll get an email confirmation once your refund is issued.
- Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Purchases made through Streets Ahead retail partners must be returned directly to that retailer in accordance with their policies.
International Returns & Exchanges
- Returns/exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs using their preferred courier.
- Once received, exchanges will be shipped back at no additional charge. Please allow 2–3 weeks for processing and shipping.
- We are unable to refund international shipping charges, duties, or taxes.
Final Sale Items
- Sale items and purchases made with a promotional code of 20% or more are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Items from the sale section are also final sale.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 3 business days of delivery at info@streetsaheadinc.com.
- We will provide a prepaid return label.
- Once received, we will send a replacement (if available) at no additional cost.
- Items damaged due to customer misuse or negligence are not eligible for return.
Shipping & Lost Packages
- Streets Ahead is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been handed over to the carrier.
- If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
- We recommend selecting a secure delivery location and monitoring tracking updates.
