Domestic Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging/condition.
  • A 15% restocking fee applies to refunds only. Exchanges or returns for store credit are not subject to this fee.
  • Once your return request is approved, you’ll receive a prepaid shipping label via email. Please ship your return within 7 days of receiving the label.
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after your return is received. You’ll get an email confirmation once your refund is issued.
  • Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Purchases made through Streets Ahead retail partners must be returned directly to that retailer in accordance with their policies.

International Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns/exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs using their preferred courier.
  • Once received, exchanges will be shipped back at no additional charge. Please allow 2–3 weeks for processing and shipping.
  • We are unable to refund international shipping charges, duties, or taxes.

Final Sale Items

  • Sale items and purchases made with a promotional code of 20% or more are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Items from the sale section are also final sale.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 3 business days of delivery at info@streetsaheadinc.com.
  • We will provide a prepaid return label.
  • Once received, we will send a replacement (if available) at no additional cost.
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or negligence are not eligible for return.

Shipping & Lost Packages

  • Streets Ahead is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been handed over to the carrier.
  • If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
  • We recommend selecting a secure delivery location and monitoring tracking updates.
