You can request a return or exchange for any unused items up to 14 days from the date you received your order. As all our products are custom made a $12.00 restocking fee will be deducted from each item on a return.

Shipping and Returns
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
Please note, each item is custom made to order and can take up to 2 weeks to ship. However, most of our orders are shipped within 72 hours of purchase from our factory in California. All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Once your order has shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 3-8 business days. Shipping times may vary, but we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible.
Once your order has shipped, an email with a tracking number will be sent to you. Watch out for this email so that you can track the progress of your order from our doorstep to yours.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For international orders, shipping is calculated based on customer’s address and the weight and dimensions of their package. The customer is responsible for payment of any taxes, fees, or duties incurred at customs.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
*We do not accept returns on sale items, or any items purchased with a promotional code of more than 20%. This purchase is a final sale.
*Items purchased from the sale section are final sale.
Returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached in order for a refund to be granted.
When your return arrives at our warehouse it will be processed within 7-10 business days. Once your return has been processed you will receive an email confirmation for the credited amount less the $12.00 restocking fee.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You can request a return/exchange for any unused items up to two weeks from the date you received your order. Please start the return/exchange at the bottom of our home page.
At this time, we cannot provide return labels for international orders. If you are exchanging an item, you will be responsible for the fees you incur when sending back your items using the courier of your choice. Once the exchange has been made, Streets Ahead will ship the exchange back to you free of charge. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your exchanged item to be made and shipped.
Streets Ahead will not reimburse you for the shipping charges or duties/ taxes you incurred.

This belt has been on my wishlist for about a year. It’s so pricing, it’s easy to say- no way I’m gonna pay that much for a belt- but I finally caved. A year later and now it’s finally mine! I do wish it went down one more size so I could wear as a waist belt also but no complaints! I’m a size 00, 37 years old- waist is 24” and hips are 34.5
